Bay FC dominated possession from the start and created early chances to score from Jenna Nighswonger, Karlie Lema, and Racheal Kundananji, but all shots were saved by Racing Louisville FC goalkeeper Jordyn Bloomer to keep it a scoreless half.

Just 6 minutes later, Racheal Kundananji found space on the left wing, she dribbled past Ellie Jean, crossed into the 6-yard box, creating chaos in front of the goal. Karlie Lema found the ball first and tapped it in for Bay FC to win 2-0 at home. The score didn’t fully reflect Bay FC’s performance on the pitch, they controlled the game with 60% possession, 22 shots, and 9 shots on target. A huge win and a clean sheet for Bay FC, earning 4 points in 3 matches over 9 days. Racheal Kundananji shined in today’s game, she created two similar scoring opportunities by crossing into the box when she cut in from the left wing.
